THE TRADITION

For years businesses have recognized the value and benefit they and their employees receive by workers' participation in civic, community, cultural, and business organizations and associations.

Many businesses cover membership expenses, dues and related costs and offer in-kind support for employees to be actively involved in professional groups. IN RETURN, THE BUSINESS RECEIVES IMPROVED LEADERSHIP, HIGHER QUALITY WORKERS, GREATER EXPOSURE, EXPANDED CONTACTS AND COMMUNITY RECOGNITION.

THE CALIFORNIA FEDERATION OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL WOMEN AND BAY CAPITAL DISTRICT BPW OFFER THIS SUPPORT FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THIS REWARD FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

  • Reimburse expenses for employees to participate and provide leadership in BPW activities.

  • Provide in-kind support for BPW and employees who are selected for leadership.
