BPW/PAC INFORMATION SHEET


  • BPW/PAC was formed as a separate segregated fund in 1980 by action of the National Convention of 1979.

  • BPW/PAC is in conformity with the requirements of the Federal Election Campaign Act and the Federal Election Commission Regulations.

  • BPW/PAC was formed to advance our legislative goals and to assist women in politics.

  • To accomplish these goals BPW/PAC:
    1. Endorses candidates for Federal level office;
    2. Supports political education workshops and training sessions for candidates.
    3. Assists State Federations in seeking candidates for endorsement.
    4. Encourages women to offer for political office.
    5. Provide how-to manuals for fund raising.

    ALL CONTRIBUTIONS ARE VOLUNTARY.

  • There are specific criteria for any endorsement.

  • Contributions must have the following information attached:

    • Name
    • Address
    • Telephone
    • Occupation
    • Principal Place of Business and Address
    • L.O. Name
    • State Federation
    • Amount
